Northern Blacktop has the skills and equipment to provide resurfacing and rehabilitation treatments for any and all roadways and parking lots. Northern Blacktop has completed asphalt milling and resurfacing projects of various sizes from small parking lots to large highways. Resurfacing includes: profile milling to allow room for new asphalt and improve drainage, sweeping, applying tack oil to the milled surface and installing asphalt.

Northern Blacktop has completed many reconstruction projects of various sizes that entails excavation of existing materials, installation of geotextiles, installation of aggregates and installation of asphalt. Northern Blacktop recycles all of the old materials from our projects. We will complete soil stabilization with additives in the subgrade and/or base layers. Our extensive equipment line-up and experienced crews allow us to offer our customers a variety of resurfacing and rehabilitation solutions.
